1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping:
- Currently, Toysaga ships within India. We are working on expanding our services to other countries and will update our policy as soon as international shipping is available.

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's tracking service.

5. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Toysaga is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays & Issues:
- While we aim to deliver within the stated time frame, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team at info@toysaga.in for assistance.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Changes & Cancellations:
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or 24 hours have passed since the order placement, whichever is earlier, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
